1. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

Due to the nature of collectible products and to maintain their integrity, all sales are final. Holoverse does not accept returns under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us prior to ordering our team is happy to assist.

2. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in cases where an error occurs on our end, including but not limited to:

  • Receiving an incorrect item
  • Receiving a damaged item (photographic proof required)
  • Not as described in the product listing.
  • Counterfeit Product

If such an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will review the matter and work toward a resolution.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All products sold by Holoverse are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases outlined above. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened packs, boxes or damaged cards
  • Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Customized, altered or modified items

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
