Thank you for shopping with Holoverse Collective TCG FZC. We value your trust and are committed to providing authentic, high-quality TCG cards and collectibles.
1. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only in cases where an error occurs on our end, including but not limited to:
- Receiving an incorrect item
- Receiving a damaged item (photographic proof required)
- Not as described in the product listing.
- Counterfeit Product
If such an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will review the matter and work toward a resolution.
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All products sold by Holoverse are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases outlined above. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Opened packs, boxes or damaged cards
- Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with
- Customized, altered or modified items
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@holoversetcg.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm the next steps
Returns must be approved before sending the item back.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Holoverse Collective TCG is not responsible for returns lost in transit
5. RETURN ADDRESS
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or if you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at contact@holoversetcg.com. We are committed to assisting you and ensuring a positive shopping experience. (Return address details will be shared upon approval)
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
Due to the nature of collectible products and to maintain their integrity, all sales are final. Holoverse does not accept returns under any circumstances.
