4. USER ACCOUNTS & TERMINATIONS

Holoverse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account.

These Terms will remain in effect unless and until terminated by either party. You may terminate your agreement with Holoverse at any time by discontinuing use of the website and services. Holoverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.

5. PRODUCTS & LISTINGS

All products available on our platform are listed and sold directly by Holoverse. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and actual packaging or appearance may vary. Product availability is confirmed only once checkout has been successfully completed. All prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

At Holoverse, all card and product conditions are assessed fairly and consistently through a thorough evaluation process. Our goal is to ensure transparency and set clear expectations so every customer can purchase with confidence.

For raw (ungraded) cards, the condition stated at the time of sale is final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for condition-related concerns. This policy helps maintain consistency and fairness for all buyers.

Condition Definitions:

  • Mint: Cards are in pristine condition with no visible flaws, scratches, or wear. They appear as though they were freshly opened from the pack.
  • Near Mint: Cards show minimal wear with very slight imperfections, such as faint scratches or light edge wear. Overall appearance is close to new.
  • Lightly Played: Cards display minor wear on edges or corners and/or minimal surface imperfections, with no significant damage present.
  • Moderately Played: Cards have noticeable wear, including visible scratches and edge wear. Light surface wear may be present, but there are no major creases or bends.
  • Heavily Played: Cards show heavy wear such as pronounced edge fraying, scratches, creases, and surface scuffing. While visibly worn, the card remains structurally intact.
  • Damaged: Cards have substantial wear, including severe creases, bends, tears, stains, or other significant defects. These cards are intended strictly for collection purposes and may not be suitable for tournament play or display.

For sealed products, the stated condition at the time of sale is also final and returns will not be accepted for condition related concerns. This ensures transparency and consistency across all sealed inventory.

Condition Definitions:

  • New: The product is new or like-new, with no rips, tears, or visible aesthetic damage to the packaging.
  • Imperfect: The product is complete and contains all original contents. The outer packaging may show aesthetic imperfections such as dents, torn boxes, or damaged seals. Any damage is strictly cosmetic and does not affect the contents inside.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets. By placing an order, you authorize Holoverse to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

7. SHIPPING

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Platform.

9. PRODUCT, SERVICES & LIABILITY

All content and products on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Holoverse and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products and services across our online store. However, product colors, appearance, or details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, or display configuration. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased will meet individual expectations or exactly match how it is displayed online. All product descriptions and details are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Holoverse reserves the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict availability by individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Holoverse does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Holoverse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under UAE law.

10. TRADEMARKS

Holoverse Collective TCG FZC branding, logos and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. Pokémon and One Piece trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All references to Pokémon and One Piece are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes to accurately represent the products being sold. The sale of these products does not imply any partnership or authorization beyond lawful resale. Holoverse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trademark holder.

11. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

Holoverse may communicate with users electronically for operational, legal, or promotional purposes. Users may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Holoverse shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Any disputes related to purchases must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Holoverse will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.

16. FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

You confirm that any content you submit will not infringe upon the rights of any third parties and will be free from malware, harmful code or offensive material.

17. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Holoverse reserves the right to correct or update any information at any time, including after an order has been placed, without prior notice.

18. ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Holoverse. Holoverse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not considered accepted until Holoverse confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully received and processed. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before submission, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order has been accepted. In the event that an order is declined, modified, or canceled, Holoverse will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, including email, billing address, and/or phone number.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which governs any returns or exchanges.
