Free Delivery

Orders of AED 400 or more qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of AED 20 delivery fee applies for any orders below AED 400.

Delivery Time

All orders across the UAE are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. FREE Shipping on purchase of Aed 400 and Above (Flat rate of AED 20 will be charged on orders below AED 400). Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on observed holidays will ship within 24-48 hours of our next business day. Holoverse Collective TCG FZC ships via trusted courier partners, and you’ll receive tracking updates by WhatsApp or Email once your order is on the way.

Orders shipped to other GCC countries may vary depending on the destination and local carrier timelines. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weekends & observed holidays.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Please ensure your address is entered in English characters only.

Customs & Import Duties

For customers in other GCC countries outside of UAE, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may be applied based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in our product or shipping charges.

Delays & Exceptions

Once your order has been shipped, it is safely in the hands of the shipping carrier. You can track your package anytime using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your shipment is delayed, lost, or requires an update, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.

While delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are outside our control, the Holoverse Collective TCG team is always here to support you. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help wherever possible.

Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 business days, contact us at contact@holoversetcg.com.
