Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Holoverse Collective TCG FZC. At Holoverse Collective TCG FZC, due to the volatile market nature of collectible Trading Card Game (TCG) products and to maintain the absolute integrity of our sealed inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for buyer's remorse (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect item selection or duplicate orders).

However, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products. We offer remedies strictly in the case of merchant errors or transit issues as detailed below.

1. ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are entitled to a return, replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives with one of the following issues:

Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged (clear photographic proof required).
Misrepresented Item: The item does not match the product listing description.
Counterfeit Product: The item is proven to be non-genuine.
Defective Items: Sealed products that have been compromised.


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND

To report an eligible issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Provide details: Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the items and packaging.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to our official facility.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COST FEES & ADDRESS

Restocking Fees: There are NO restocking fees for any returns.

Return Shipping Costs: For all approved exceptions (merchant errors, incorrect items, or damage in transit), Holoverse Collective TCG will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The customer will incur no cost for return shipping.

4. REFUND & PROCESSING

Once your return is received, inspected and approved by our team, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on the case. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect on your bank statement.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched or processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.


6. STORE CREDITS

In specific customer service scenarios including but not limited to unavailable items, order adjustments, partial refunds or customer service resolutions store credit may be issued. 

  • Store credit is valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
  • Unused store credit expires automatically after 45 days and cannot be extended, transferred or exchanged for cash.

If an order paid using store credit is cancelled or adjusted, the eligible amount may be returned as store credit.
